The design and realisation of unusual puppets, figures and masks is the result of Tobias Husemann´s fundamental training and his 20 years of experience.

During his stay in Israel Tobias built his first Giant Puppet. “Big Elvis” is in demand and enjoys continued success today.

Further Giant Puppets followed, but Tobias Husemann´s most recent creation “Dundu” is proving to be the most spectacular of all.

Note: There is no specific definition for figures of these dimensions in the world of Puppet and Marionette Theatre, but these Giant Puppets, also known as Carnival or Parade Puppets are most similar to stick or rod puppets in make-up and operation.

DUNDU Giant Puppet Dundu is two storeys high, and quite exceptional due to his transparency. With a web-like skin of single threads, the wonder of his appearance creates an atmosphere of amazement and pushes the boundaries of puppetry to new horizons.
NIKOLAUS In 2009, due to enormous demand, Thomas Husemann built a giant Santa Claus. “Big Saint Nick” was booked for the “Nikolaus Trade Fair” and his appearance at Christmas parties and events of all kinds is a never to be forgotten experience.
ELVIS PRESLEY Elvis, the king of Rock'n'Roll is without doubt one of the greatest! But Giant Puppet Elvis is more than twice his size! Big Elvis resides in Israel where he enjoys great success.
ANIMAL MODELS Still in it´s initial phase, the construction of animal figures is one of Tobias Husemann´s current projects. A Moose and a Toucan have already been completed, and more figures are planned.
BOOKING There are countless ways to stage and choreograph a show with our Giant Puppets. They are able to walk, run, dance, play ball etc. The range and scope of animation and settings is endless, whether for concerts, festivals, sporting events, advertising campaigns, or for carnivals, parades and rallies of all kinds.
STUDIO Not only doTobias Husemann and his team build and operate their own figures, they also undertake contract work and are able to build figures on demand, for Jubilees, anniversaries or similar special occasions.
